All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic Orders: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

International Shipping

CLOSSWING ships internationally.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
